1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of PharmaPass AU, provided by JSM GLOBAL PTY LTD. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Educational Use Only
The app provides practice questions, explanations, and mock exams related to Australian pharmacy practice and the OPRA™ examination domains (Therapeutics and Patient Care, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacology and Toxicology, Medicinal Chemistry and Biopharmaceutics, and Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics). Content is general educational material and may contain errors, omissions, or reflect the information available at the time of authoring.
Do not rely on the app as the sole basis for clinical decision-making, dispensing decisions, or professional practice. Consult current therapeutic guidelines, product information, workplace protocols, your supervisor, pharmacy colleagues, and the Australian Pharmacy Council's official resources. Always follow applicable pharmaceutical law, workplace policy, and manufacturer instructions.
3. No Guarantee of Examination Outcome
Completing questions, passing a mock exam, or achieving a high readiness score does not guarantee competence, registration eligibility, official examination success, or qualification as a pharmacist in Australia. Official OPRA™ examination must be conducted through the Australian Pharmacy Council's authorised process.
4. Acceptable Use
- Use the app for personal study and lawful professional development.
- Do not copy, resell, scrape, redistribute, or commercially reproduce the question bank or explanations without written permission.
- Do not use the app while dispensing, counselling patients, or performing clinical duties.
- Do not attempt to bypass purchase controls or interfere with app security.
- Report suspected content errors, pharmacy practice concerns, or safety issues through the in-app report function.
5. Full Access Purchase
The app offers a one-off non-consumable full-access purchase displayed as a fixed price (currently indicated in the app). Payment is processed by Google Play or Apple App Store through the applicable store and RevenueCat. Store-specific purchase, cancellation, refund, tax, and consumer rules apply.
Restore Purchase is available where supported. A purchase is associated with the relevant store account and may require the same account to restore.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the app interface, original question wording, explanations, software, branding, and supporting materials belong to JSM GLOBAL PTY LTD or its licensors. Official government, regulatory, healthcare, and pharmacy authority names, guidelines, laws, standards, and source materials remain owned by their respective authorities and are used for educational reference only.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or access without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. We may revise questions and explanations to reflect current pharmacy guidelines, regulatory changes, or corrections. The app may operate offline, but store purchases and some reporting or monitoring features require connectivity.
8. Professional and Safety Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSM GLOBAL PTY LTD is not liable for injury, loss, damage, regulatory action, professional consequences, clinical errors, or patient harm arising from reliance on the app or failure to follow accredited training, workplace protocols, current guidelines, manufacturer instructions, pharmacy law, or professional judgment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
