PharmaPass AU is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with the Australian Pharmacy Council, AHPRA, any pharmaceutical regulator, an RTO, or the official OPRA™ examination.
1. Who We Are

2. Information Stored on Your Device
The app is designed to work offline. It may store the following locally on your device:
- Practice progress and answered-question history
- Study domain scores and performance analytics
- Wrong-answer review items and bookmarks
- Mock exam results and time spent per question
- Study streak and motivation milestones
- App preferences and settings
- A cached indication that full access was unlocked
This local study data is not uploaded to JSM Global servers by the app unless you explicitly choose to sync or report an issue.
3. Crash Reports and Question Feedback
If Sentry is configured for a release, the app may send technical error reports such as app version, operating-system information, stack traces, and limited diagnostic context. We configure Sentry not to send default personally identifying information.
When you report a question, answer discrepancy, or app issue, the report may include the question ID, domain, selected answer, answer key, report category, and diagnostic context. This is used to review content quality, verify accuracy against official pharmacy standards, and resolve defects. Do not include sensitive personal information or health data in feedback.
4. Purchases
Full access is a one-off non-consumable purchase processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store through RevenueCat. JSM Global does not receive your full payment-card details. Store accounts, receipts, tax records, and payment processing are governed by the relevant store and RevenueCat privacy terms.
5. App Reviews and External Links
The app may request an operating-system app review after a positive study milestone. It does not submit a review without your action. The app may also open external legal, regulatory, support, or store links. Those destinations have their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Children
The app is intended for adult healthcare professionals preparing for professional licensing and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Security and Retention
Local study data is controlled by your device and may be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Technical reports, if enabled, are retained by the relevant monitoring provider according to its policies. No security method is completely risk-free.
8. Your Choices and Requests
You can remove local app data through the device settings. For questions about data handled by JSM Global, contact support@jsmglobal.xyz. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable Australian privacy law.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the app, legal requirements, or service providers change. The current version will remain available at this page.
