1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Forklift Licence Test Prep AU, provided by JSM GLOBAL PTY LTD. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Educational Use Only
The app provides practice questions and explanations related to Australian forklift high risk work licence preparation and TLILIC0003. Content is general educational material and may contain errors, omissions, or jurisdictional differences.
Do not rely on the app as the sole basis for operating a forklift, making a workplace safety decision, or deciding whether a lift is permitted. Follow your RTO assessor, employer procedures, manufacturer instructions, applicable law, and the actual data plate.
3. No Guarantee of Assessment Outcome
Completing questions, passing a mock exam, or achieving a readiness score does not guarantee competence, a National Assessment Instrument result, or a High Risk Work Licence. Official assessment must be completed through the applicable authorised process.
4. Acceptable Use
- Use the app for personal study and lawful educational purposes.
- Do not copy, resell, scrape, redistribute, or commercially reproduce the question bank or explanations without written permission.
- Do not use the app while operating a forklift or during a live workplace task.
- Do not attempt to bypass purchase controls or interfere with app security.
- Report suspected content errors through the in-app report function.
5. Full Access Purchase
The app may offer a one-off non-consumable full-access purchase currently displayed as $14.99 AUD. Payment is processed by Google Play or Apple App Store through the applicable store and RevenueCat. Store-specific purchase, cancellation, refund, tax, and consumer rules apply.
Restore Purchase is available where supported. A purchase is associated with the relevant store account and may require the same account to restore.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the app interface, original question wording, explanations, software, branding, and supporting materials belong to JSM GLOBAL PTY LTD or its licensors. Official government and regulator names, laws, standards, and source materials remain owned by their respective authorities.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or access without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. We may revise questions and explanations to reflect source or regulatory changes. The app may operate offline, but store purchases and some reporting or monitoring features require connectivity.
8. Safety and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSM GLOBAL PTY LTD is not liable for injury, loss, damage, regulatory action, or workplace consequences arising from reliance on the app or failure to follow competent training, workplace controls, manufacturer instructions, or applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
